With My Veolia, you can do the following:

• Create an account and get an access to your electronic customer account.
• Pay bills, get an advance, or make an appointment.
• Check your water consumption or water meter readings.
• Get an overview of your contract, cash advances and issued invoices.
• You can also pay cash advances and invoices online in the application.
• You can also make an appointment at the customer center according to your time schedule.

Requirements for the application usage are to have an internet customer account, if you do not have one, you can register either directly in the application or on the website of your water service supplier.
